Red Peak Ranch

Named after its highest point – and the highest peak in Mills County – Red Peak Ranch is located on the northern edge of the Texas Hill Country. Home to native grasses and forbs, prickly pears and mesquite, Red Peak Ranch is the kind of land Texas Longhorns grazed on 500 years ago – before there were fences. The Texas Longhorns at Red Peak Ranch are allowed to roam the entire ranch, grazing along its ridges and eating the natural diet that has helped them thrive for centuries. This free-roaming pasturing is why the beef from Red Peak is not only delicious, but incredibly lean.
